- Flooring: Mix of high-density (35mm) artificial turf for a plush feel and WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) decking strips for wet areas.
- Feature Wall: Installation of weather-proof WPC fluted louvers in charcoal or wood finish.
- Greenery: UV-protected artificial vertical garden patches integrated into the wall design.
Ceiling & Electricals
- Ceiling Work: WPC or PVC false ceiling rafters to conceal conduits and add texture.
- Lighting: Waterproof (IP65) warm white LED strip lighting inside louvers and 2 decorative hanging pendant lights.
Furniture & Decor
- Seating: One single-seater swing (Egg chair style) with MS stand and water-repellent cushions.

- Pergola: Custom heavy-gauge MS (Mild Steel) box section structure finished with anti-rust PU paint (Matte Black).

- Base: High-end WPC Decking on framework OR R11 anti-skid outdoor vitrified tiles including slope correction.
- Seating: Construction of permanent L-shaped bench seating (Civil or Metal fabrication) with marine-ply base.
- Upholstery: Custom high-density foam cushions with fade-resistant outdoor fabric.
Wall Features
- Cladding: Natural stone cladding (Slate/Sandstone) for parapet walls.
