We organise group paint parties and send DIY portrait kits where everyone paints together and reveals a surprise portrait at the end, with all materials and guidance included.

Custom DIY Reveal Portrait Kit
Canvas & Stencil Configuration
- One 24x36 inch cotton canvas pre-stretched on a wooden frame.
- Custom vinyl stencil mask applied based on your submitted photo, processed for high-contrast reveal.
- Uses low-tack vinyl to ensure clean peeling without damaging the canvas grain.
- Includes one round of digital proofing for the stencil design before production.
Paints & Application Tools
- 10 to 12 pots of vibrant acrylic paint (approx 100ml each), sufficient for double coating the surface.
- 15 to 20 synthetic flat brushes (1-inch width) designed for rapid space filling by non-artist guests.
- Paints are student-grade Fevicryl or Camel chosen specifically for high opacity and fast 20-minute drying time.
Logistics & Exclusions
- Includes insured ground shipping to metro cities in heavy-duty corrugated packaging.
- Includes a physical 'Paint, Dry, Peel' instruction card.
- Important: A wooden easel is NOT included; the client must arrange a display stand at the venue.
Hosted Private Paint Party Experience
Individual Art Station Setup
- 10x12 or 12x16 inch stretched cotton canvas board per guest (guest keeps the final artwork).
- Rental of mini wooden table-top easels and fabric aprons for the duration of the event.
- Camel Artist Acrylic tubes (high pigment load), palettes, water cups, and 3 to 4 brushes per person.
Decor & Atmosphere
- Aesthetic table styling including velvet or gold runners and battery-operated fairy lights.
- Artificial floral or pampas grass centerpieces to match a boho theme.
- On-site setup and teardown of the art stations (requires client-provided tables and chairs).
Artist Facilitation
- 2 to 3 hours of beginner-friendly instruction by the team to recreate a specific reference image.
- Staffing ratio of approximately 1 artist guide per 10 to 12 guests.
- Note: Food and beverages are not included and must be arranged by the host.

At the party, everyone paints, you do the grand reveal, and boom, you’ve got a keepsake that’s actually personal.

I guide everyone through step by step, so folks leave with their own masterpiece, not just a random splash of colour. It’s chill, social, and honestly, a bit messy sometimes.

My Story
Hey! We’re Varsha and Vivek, the faces behind whARTever. Been doing this art thing together for 14 years now - wild, right? Painted at Falaknuma Palace, even did a wedding in Vietnam (bucket list stuff). But honestly, the best bits? That look on a bride’s face, or a dad’s silent hug after seeing our painting. That’s why we do it. Just two artists, soaking up all these love stories, feeling super lucky.
