Standard Canvas: Couple Portrait
Team & Execution
- Two-Person Team: Includes Lead Artist (Vivek) for painting and Studio Manager (Varsha) for guest interaction and content management.
- Duration: Up to 6 hours of continuous live painting.
- Subject: Focus on the couple (Varmala, Pheras, or Standing Pose) with semi-detailed venue decor background.
Material & Setup
- Canvas: 24" x 30" Professional Grade Cotton Duck canvas, triple-primed.
- Paints: Odorless, fast-drying Artist Grade Acrylics (Liquitex/Camel Professional).
- Station: Aesthetic wooden easel with clip-on LED studio lights (5000K) for dim lighting conditions.
- Safety: High-quality drop cloth to prevent flooring damage.
Deliverables
- On-Site Framing: Painting is framed immediately once dry (Floating Frame or Synthetic Wood).
- The Reveal: Dedicated 5-10 minute 'First Look' session for the couple.
- Finish: Sealed with gloss or satin spray varnish for dust/UV protection.
- Handover: Physical artwork given to the client immediately after the event.
Large Format Canvas: Wide Angle Composition
Canvas & Composition
- Size: Large format 30" x 40" to 36" x 48" canvas acting as a major decor installation.
- Scope: Full wide-angle view including detailed architectural rendering (palaces, mandaps) and atmospheric elements.
- Customization: Option to include additional figures (parents, pets) or merge elements from different reference photos.
Execution & Logistics
- Extended Hours: 7-8 hours total engagement, including early arrival for architectural sketching.
- Materials: Gallery-wrapped deep edge canvas that resists warping and high-pigment load acrylics.
- Interaction: Managed as a 'Live Station' where guests are encouraged to observe and interact with the process.
Deliverables
- Premium Framing: Heavy-duty ornate Gold or Vintage wood style frame suitable for statement pieces.
- Content: Behind-the-scenes snippets and reaction videos captured by the team.
- Transport Note: Very large sizes (36x48+) may be rolled for safe transport if on-site framing is risky.

We’re Varsha and Vivek, and honestly, painting live at your event is more than just art for us. It’s about bottling up the feeling of a moment - that rush when you see your wedding day canvas painting for the first time, the gasps from guests, the smiles. Photos are cool, but there’s something different when the memory is painted right there, while it’s happening.
What We Do
We show up at your wedding, party, or corporate event with our easel, canvas, and paints. While you’re celebrating, we capture a scene you love - maybe the mandap, pheras, or even that wild group dance. Guests get to watch the whole thing unfold, so it’s entertainment plus a personal masterpiece for you. The painting is yours to hang up and relive that day.

My Story
Hey! We’re Varsha and Vivek, the faces behind whARTever. Been doing this art thing together for 14 years now - wild, right? Painted at Falaknuma Palace, even did a wedding in Vietnam (bucket list stuff). But honestly, the best bits? That look on a bride’s face, or a dad’s silent hug after seeing our painting. That’s why we do it. Just two artists, soaking up all these love stories, feeling super lucky.
