Timeless & Elegant Pre-Wedding Portraits
Sophisticated frames, dramatic lighting, and your chemistry at the forefront. Let us create classic portraits that feel like a still from your favorite film.
A proposal under the moonlight. For this shot, we created a truly cinematic and romantic scene. The dramatic lighting and elegant attire come together to create a powerful, emotional portrait that feels like a still from a classic film.
A classic, elegant portrait using dramatic side lighting. The couple holds hands, creating a connection while posing with a sophisticated, high-fashion feel. This style is perfect for couples wanting a glamorous pre-wedding album.
A formal, editorial-style portrait. Her seated pose in the stunning gown, complemented by his confident stance, creates a balanced and powerful image. This showcases my ability to direct more formal, posed shots that still feel authentic.
An intimate close-up where the focus is entirely on the couple's connection. The soft background light highlights their profiles, creating a romantic and dreamy mood for this engagement portrait.
Using creative lighting to cast dramatic shadows on the wall behind the couple. This artistic technique adds texture and visual interest to a formal portrait, turning it into a unique piece of art.
This film captures the elegance of a formal pre-wedding shoot. It moves from tender moments by the window to happy smiles outdoors, showcasing the blend of Japanese grace and Indian charm in this beautiful mixed-culture love story.
Bathed in the soft glow of the golden hour, this intimate kiss captures the pure connection between the couple. I focus on finding the perfect natural light to create a warm, dreamy atmosphere, allowing your natural chemistry to shine.
About this collection
I don't believe in stiff statues. Even when we are going for a high-fashion, editorial look, I want you to breathe, laugh, and feel comfortable in your attire. My goal is for you to look back at these portraits in twenty years and still recognize the way you looked at each other, not just the outfit you wore.
The Art of the Classic Portrait
Classic portraiture is all about control, specifically regarding light, pose, and space. Whether we are chasing the last light in a Jaipur fort or setting up dramatic indoor lighting in a Delhi studio, I focus on the interplay of shadow and highlight to give your images that cinematic, high-fashion finish.
Your Style, Your Concept
It is not just about standing still for the camera. We will work on your chemistry, directing you into those elegant, magazine-style shots while keeping the spark real. You bring the outfits, and I will handle the angles. We can plan a concept that feels like you, be it vintage royalty, minimal studio elegance, or something entirely new.
Getting the Look Right
- Lighting: We use Godox outdoor strobes and reflectors to ensure your skin tones look perfect, even in tricky lighting conditions.
- Directing: If you are nervous in front of the lens, that is completely normal. I guide you through subtle movements so you never have to guess what to do with your hands or where to look.
- The Details: From adjusting a tie to the way a saree falls, we sweat the small stuff so you can focus on being present in the moment.
We generally plan these shoots for 8 to 12 hours depending on your chosen concept, ensuring we have enough time for multiple costume changes and exploring different lighting setups.
