Baraat Carnival
- Punjabi Dhol Troupe: A team of 8-10 uniformed Dhol and Tasha players leading the procession.
- Live Mascots: 2-3 carnival characters (Juggler, Joker, or Stilt Walker) interacting with guests.
- Mobile DJ Sync: Coordination with the DJ truck to ensure music synchronization.
Cinematic Entry
- Entry Artists: Troupe of 6 professional background dancers in theme-appropriate attire (Traditional or LED costumes).
- Props: Usage of premium props like a decorated 'Phoolon ki Chaadar', 'Palki', or LED umbrellas.
- Special Effects (SFX): 4-6 shots of Cold Pyro (sparkles), Low Fog (Dry Ice effect), and 2 Confetti Blast shots.
Coordination
- Management: One dedicated manager to queue the music, manage dancer timing, and coordinate with the photographer.
Sangeet Stage: Anchor, DJ & Dancers

My Story
We call ourselves 'Wedding Wala' because shaadi ka scene should be full-on dhamaka, not boring. We’re all about those goosebumps - that dreamy walk down the aisle, groom’s surprise dance, jaimala with fireworks. Humari vibe hai, 'Udaipur mein pahado ke beech bride entry toh banti hai!' (A bride entry in Udaipur’s mountains is a must!) We don’t just plan, we make magic and memories happen.
