The mandap is where your journey truly begins. We design custom spaces that reflect your personality—whether it is a minimalist beach setup or a grand floral masterpiece in a heritage fort.

A mandap that feels like a floating garden. For this ceremony at Alila Fort, I used a canopy of baby's breath and a mix of pastel roses to create a dreamy, ethereal setting that was both grand and intimate.

A classic cathedral-style floral arch frames the sea, creating a grand and elegant focal point for a large ceremony. The design focuses all attention on the couple and the stunning natural backdrop.

For this modern beach wedding at the Taj Holiday Village in Goa, I designed a clean, architectural mandap with an asymmetrical floral arrangement, letting the beauty of the ocean view complete the picture.

This amphitheater-style seating in Rajasthan ensures every guest has a perfect, unobstructed view of the central mandap. The structure is covered in crimson florals, creating a dramatic and royal atmosphere.

A minimalist mandap set against the majestic Alila Fort Bishangarh. The simple gold frame and light florals are designed to complement, not compete with, the stunning heritage architecture.

A classic sundowner wedding with a twist. The mandap is framed by an ancient tree, from which we hung floral strings and chandeliers, blending natural beauty with opulent design for a magical varmala moment.

A moment of pure joy, with the couple showered in rose petals. The setup is designed to be intimate, allowing family and friends to be close and participate in these beautiful rituals.

The bride's grand entrance under a phoolon ki chaadar, with the magnificent Alila Fort in the background. I coordinate every element to ensure these key moments are picture-perfect.

A quiet moment shared between the couple at their Rajasthan wedding. The simple white and red outfits stand out beautifully against the heritage architecture of the venue.

From the bride's walk down the aisle to the varmala exchange, this video captures the key moments of a beautiful lavender-themed wedding ceremony I planned.

About Grand Mandaps & Ceremonies

Your mandap isn’t just a backdrop—it’s the center of your wedding day. We focus heavily on structural integrity and light, ensuring your ceremony looks perfect in person and on camera, without ever feeling like a generic stage. We coordinate directly with your decor team and the venue to make sure the flow—from entry to pheras—works smoothly, so you aren't worrying about technical chaos when you should be focused on each other.

Your wedding ceremony is the one moment that actually stops time. When we design a mandap, we are thinking about the lighting angles for your photographer, the sightlines for your guests, and the comfort of your family. Whether you are hosting a destination wedding at Alila Fort Bishangarh or a minimalist beach ceremony in Goa, we tailor the structure to the landscape.

Design vs. Function

A mandap has to be beautiful, but it also has to be functional. We look at the ritual requirements, the space needed for the pandit, and the flow of the bride's entry. If you want a mirror aisle leading to a floral arch, we ensure the reflective surface doesn't create glare issues during your day-time vows.

Our Approach to Venues

  • Heritage Venues: We don't hide the history; we highlight it. In places like Rajasthan, we design mandaps that frame the architecture rather than block it. Think gold accents and light florals against solid stone.
  • Beach/Open Air: Wind is the enemy of elaborate structures. We use heavy-duty base engineering to ensure your decor stays put, even in coastal gusts.
  • Modern/Minimalist: For the couple who wants simplicity, we focus on precise floral placement and clean geometric frames that let the natural backdrop do the heavy lifting.

We are Sonam and Praney. We don't do templated setups because your story isn't a template. We love the hustle—wrangling lighting crews at 6am or tweaking the floral density of your mandap—because we know that when the chaos is managed, you finally get the space to just breathe and enjoy your wedding.
