Pre-Wedding Management
- Vendor Curation & Negotiation: Sourcing and contracting venues, photographers, makeup artists, and entertainment suited to luxury budgets using industry rates.
- Budget Management: Allocation of funds across categories and tracking payment schedules.
- Concierge Services: Assistance with wedding stationery (invites, luggage tags), hampers, and room allocation planning.
- RSVP Management: A dedicated team to call and follow up with guests for attendance confirmation and arrival details.
On-Ground Execution
- Dedicated Manpower: A team of 8-12 members on event days, including a Lead Planner, Hospitality Manager, and Logistics Manager.
- Couple Shadows: Two dedicated staff members (one for Bride, one for Groom) to assist with personal needs, hydration, and movement.
- Logistics Coordination: Managing airport transfers, hotel check-ins/check-outs, and internal transport for guests.
