A Look Inside Our Swimming Classes
Watch our fun-first swim classes in action. We turn water fear into confidence using songs, games, and structured play.
This clip shows the dynamic flow of a class, moving from individual practice to group activities. Our instructors provide constant encouragement and correction to ensure every child is learning and having fun.
A candid look at our class environment. You can see children of different ages interacting, playing with toys, and practicing skills with their parents and our instructors.
Watch our instructors work with students one-on-one, providing encouragement and using bubble guns to make practice fun. We create a positive atmosphere where kids feel safe to try new things.
Independence is a key goal. Here, children are encouraged to sit on the underwater benches by themselves, building confidence before they jump in for the "Ready, steady, go!" cue.
This video shows our "everybody kicking" warm-up, with parents holding their babies on their shoulders. It's a great way to get everyone moving and comfortable in the water.
Here, children practice kicking on floating mats, a key drill to develop a strong, straight-legged kick. Our instructors move between students, providing individual guidance.
About A Look Inside Our Classes
You will notice our classes are not about rigid laps or silent pools. We use songs like 'Humpty Dumpty' and games to keep children engaged, meaning that baby who cries on day one is usually giggling by day three. We prioritise making them feel safe before we ever introduce a stroke, ensuring the learning happens naturally through play.
Our Approach: Fun First, Fear Never
Learning to swim is as much a cognitive process as it is a physical one. Our curriculum, designed by Maria Di Fiore, breaks down complex movements into simple, repeatable steps. Whether it is 'Soldier. Tickle. T.' or teaching a toddler to grab the wall, we ensure every movement is deliberate.
Why Our Environment Matters
- USA-Standard Hygiene: We do not take shortcuts with water quality. We use specialized chemicals and commercial-grade cleaning robots to keep our pools crystal clear. This means no itchy eyes or skin irritation for your little one.
- Small Steps for Big Confidence: We start with bubbles, floating, and kicking exercises on the benches. This allows children to get comfortable at their own pace. You will often see us using floating mats, colourful rings, and bubble guns to distract from the fear and amplify the fun.
- Parent-Toddler Interaction: In our early-age sessions, parents are part of the process. We guide you on how to hold your baby, how to help them kick, and when to let go so they can float independently. It is a bonding experience that builds trust.
From 4-month-old babies learning to hold their breath to adults mastering their first strokes, our classes are structured to remove the fear of water completely. We are not just teaching a sport; we are teaching a life-saving skill.
