Maximizing square footage in a busy city doesn't mean sacrificing aesthetics. We build multi-functional furniture—from dressing tables that slide into wardrobes to study nooks that tuck away—to help you get more out of every square inch.

This video demonstrates the multiple storage options in one of our custom dressing units. We reveal hidden drawers, cabinets, and compartments, all designed for maximum organization in a compact footprint.

About Smart Designs for Modern Living

One thing most clients realize too late is that compact doesn't have to mean cramped. We often build dressing units directly into your wardrobe frame, using the same finish and material, so it looks like a single, seamless piece rather than an add-on. We use Hettich or Hafele hardware for these units because, in a daily-use piece, the difference between a smooth drawer and one that sticks is where the real quality shows.
