Modern Laminate Kitchen
Core Woodwork & Material
- Carcass: 16mm/18mm BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) Plywood or HDHMR structure lined with white internal laminate.
- Shutters: 1mm Matte, Gloss, or Textured Wood laminate finish with 0.8mm PVC edge banding.
- Layout: Covers approx 15 to 18 running feet (Base units 30 to 34 inches height, Wall units 24 inches height).
Hardware & Functionality
- Storage: Set of 4 to 6 Stainless Steel (SS 304) wire baskets for cutlery, thalis, and plates.
- Mechanisms: Soft close Euro style hinges and standard telescopic or bottom mounted drawer channels (Ebco/Hettich Basic).
- Handles: Standard metal knobs, bars, or basic profile handles.
Essential Accessories
- Organization: PVC cutlery tray and 2 tier wire bottle pull out for oils.
- Protection: PVC skirting to cover legs and aluminum foil floor protection for the sink unit.
Premium High-Gloss Acrylic Kitchen
Premium Finish & Structure
- Shutters: 1.5mm Ultra High Gloss Acrylic finish on MDF/Marine Ply for a seamless, reflective surface.
- Carcass: BWP (Boiling Water Proof) 710 Grade Plywood for wet areas and MR Grade for dry zones.
- Design: Handleless Gola profile system (Aluminum, Rose Gold, or Black) integrated into the cabinet body.
Advanced Storage
- Drawers: Soft close Hettich/Blum Tandem boxes with solid metal sides for heavy weight capacity.
- Tall Unit: Floor to ceiling Pantry Unit or Appliance Garage (2 foot width) for built in microwave/oven.
- Specialty Storage: Pull out Wicker Baskets for vegetables like onions and potatoes.
Lighting & Accents
- Lighting: Recessed LED strip profile lighting installed under wall cabinets.
- Display: 1 to 2 frosted or clear glass shutters with aluminum frames for crockery.
