Standard 3BHK: HDHMR Core & Laminate Finish
Modular Kitchen
- Carcase Material: Water-resistant HDHMR (16mm/18mm) core boards.
- Shutters: 1mm Gloss or Matte Laminate (~500+ shade options) pressed on water-resistant ply/HDHMR.
- Hardware: Soft-close hinges (Hettich/Ebco) and stainless steel wire baskets/tandem boxes.
- Countertop: Basic Quartz or Granite (Range: ₹150 - ₹200 per sq. ft.).
Wardrobes (3 Units)
- Master Bedroom: 2-Door Sliding Wardrobe (approx. 7ft width).
- Guest & Kids Room: Hinged (Openable) Wardrobes.
- Finish: 1mm Laminate with edge banding.
- Internals: White laminate or pre-laminated board with shelves, hanging rods, and one lockable drawer per unit.
Living & Dining
- TV Unit: Standard Floating TV unit with laminate back-paneling (approx 6ft x 4ft) and bottom drawers.
- Foyer Unit: Basic shoe rack with cushion seating and laminate storage.
- False Ceiling: Peripheral (border) Gypsum false ceiling for Hall and Dining area only with cove light provisions.

- Electrical: Shifting of existing electrical points for joinery (up to 10 points).
- Installation: Full factory-to-site installation included.
- Design: 2D Layouts and basic 3D visualizations for Kitchen and Living.
Premium 3BHK: Acrylic, PU & CNC Decor
Gourmet Modular Kitchen
- Core Material: 100% BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood (IS 710).
- Finish: High-Gloss Acrylic or PU (Polyurethane) coating for a glass-like finish.
- Hardware: Premium soft-close drawer systems (Blum/Hettich Innotech or Legrabox) and Corner units.
- Add-ons: Under-cabinet LED profile lighting and premium Quartz stone countertop.
Floor-to-Ceiling Wardrobes
- Height: Full height coverage (up to 9.5ft) integrating lofts seamlessly.
- Finishes: Mix of Lacquered Glass (Master), Acrylic, or High-Gloss Laminate with Gold/Rose-Gold metal inlay profiles.
- Integrated Units: Dressing units with vanity mirrors and internal lighting.
- Headboards: Custom upholstered fabric/leatherette headboards for Master Bedroom.
Wall Treatments & Decor
- Living Room: Heavy paneling including Fluted Wood/WPC panels, Diamond-cut mirror cladding, or Louvre panels.
- Pooja Unit: Custom unit with intricate CNC Cut Jali work, backlighting, and Pocket Door mechanisms.
- False Ceiling: Designer False Ceiling across the entire home (Living, Dining, all Bedrooms) with Gypsum rafters and recessed lights.

- Lighting: Installation of decorative warm lighting, strip lights in joinery, and profile lights.
- Painting: Asian Paints Royale Luxury Emulsion for all walls; Texture paint for accent walls.
