Our Approach to Safety
When we built Wag-ville in Jakkur, we wanted to ensure that 'off-leash' didn't mean 'unsupervised.' Safety isn't just a policy here; it is the daily rhythm of our operations.
The Gate Protocol We do not let dogs into our parks without a mandatory physical check at the entrance. Our staff screens every guest for ticks and fleas, and we ensure vaccinations are up to date. This simple step protects our community from preventable issues before the fun even starts.
Structured Supervision Our 3-acre property is divided into eight distinct, securely fenced parks. We don't just lump all dogs together. We match playmates based on size and temperament. If a dog is shy or needs space, we have dedicated zones for private play. Our yard monitors carry radios and are trained in canine first aid, meaning there is always someone ready to intervene if play gets too rough.
