We emphasize that football is a journey, not just a series of drills. Beyond our high-intensity pitch sessions, our academy life revolves around building a close-knit group, complete with off-field workshops, strategy discussions, and celebrations that turn teammates into lifelong friends.
What happens off the pitch matters as much as what happens on it. Our academy is designed to foster a sense of belonging and discipline. When Vision Football and Royal Rangers joined forces to become Vision Royal Rangers, we did it to create a more complete platform for our players. This is where you see the results of that union. We organize regular team lunches, video analysis workshops, and guest sessions with professional players like ISL athlete Rohit Kumar to show our kids what a real professional pathway looks like. Our Ranger Mindset is not just a slogan. It means we care about the child’s character, their ability to handle failure, and their growth as a team player. Whether it is a fun session of football tennis to sharpen quick reactions or a whiteboard session to master tactical formations, every activity is deliberate. We are building a football family in Delhi NCR where winning the RSA Cup is the goal, but becoming a confident, resilient person is the victory.
