Custom Prefab Cabin Manufacturing and Logistics
I build, I load, and I deliver. From city construction sites to remote mountain terrain, I manage the logistics to get your prefab cabin to your location, ready to plug and play.
My cabins are built to move. This video shows two different projects being loaded onto trucks, ready for delivery. Whether it's a smaller cabin with wood-like cladding or a large custom unit for a client like VASCON, I ensure it reaches your site safely.
This is proof of my promise to deliver anywhere. Watch as my team navigates the difficult terrain near Badrinath Dham to transport and install a cabin. This is the kind of challenging logistics I handle to bring your portable home to you.
Here is a quick look inside a cabin during the finishing stage at my workshop. You can see the basic structure, the paneling on the walls and ceiling, and the electrical wiring being set up. This is where the customization happens before it's shipped to you.
About From Our Workshop to Your Site
Getting the unit to your site is half the battle. I handle the logistics, from flat-bed trailers in the city to heavy-duty equipment navigating tough hill station paths like Badrinath. When I say plug and play, I mean I manage the transport so you do not have to deal with crane hire or route issues, ensuring your cabin arrives exactly as it left my workshop.
Building a sturdy cabin is one thing, but getting it safely to your land is where the real work happens. My process starts in my workshop, where I weld the mild steel frames and seal the weather-coat enamel. I know that a portable cabin is only as good as its ability to survive the road. That is why I oversee the loading and transit myself, whether it is a security cabin for a city business or a 1 BHK cottage for a mountain retreat.
My Manufacturing Process
- Steel Framework: I use corrugated mild steel sheets (1.6mm) as the backbone of every structure.
- Insulation: I sandwich 50mm Glass Wool inside the walls to handle temperature swings, whether it is a Pune summer or a cold hill station.
- Finishing: From PVC laminated panels to granite kitchen counters, the interiors are fully finished before the unit leaves the workshop.
- Plug and Play: My goal is to minimize your headache. Electrical wiring, plumbing, and washroom partitions are pre-installed. Once I deliver and you set it on your plinth, you only need to connect your electricity and septic tank.
Why Logistics Matter
Transporting prefab units requires planning. I have worked with clients like Vascon and navigated difficult terrain to deliver cabins where construction is impossible. You do not just buy a cabin; you buy the peace of mind that it will arrive intact and ready for use in as little as 15 days.
