- Exterior: Corrugated Mild Steel sheets (1.6mm) with weather-coat enamel.
- Insulation: 50mm Glass Wool sandwiched for temperature control.
Interiors
- Wall Finish: 8mm PVC laminated panels or MDF board.
- Flooring: 18mm Cement Board base with 1.5mm PVC Vinyl flooring.
- Ceiling: Grid false ceiling or PVC paneling with LED square lights.
- Windows: 2 Aluminium sliding windows (4x4 ft) with grills.

- Washroom: 4x4 ft partition with EWC, washbasin, shower mixer, and PVC door.
