The biggest headache with farmhouse builds is dealing with on-site labor and never-ending timelines. With my plug and play cabins, you skip that entirely. I deliver a completed unit featuring a steel frame, insulated walls, and finished interiors. All you have to do is provide the electricity and water connection at your site, and your weekend retreat is ready to use from day one.
When you invest in one of these chalte-phirte ghar (movable homes), you are choosing efficiency without sacrificing quality. My cabins are built using corrugated mild steel sheets with a 1.6mm thickness, treated with weather-coat enamel to handle the elements whether you place them in a Delhi NCR plot or a remote hill station.
Inside, I focus on comfort. Every unit comes with 50mm glass wool sandwich insulation for temperature control and 18mm cement board flooring topped with durable PVC vinyl. I handle everything from the concealed electrical wiring to the partition for the washroom, which includes your EWC and sink. If you choose the 1 BHK or Resort Suite models, you get premium finishes like ACP cladding, toughened glass facades, and SPC click-lock flooring.
I design these to be portable because life changes and your property plans might too. Whether you need a compact 200 sq. ft. weekend space or a fully furnished resort suite with a deck, the build process remains the same: I fabricate it at my workshop, and we deliver it to you.
