Nature is more than just animals; it is the stage they live on. From the quiet, life-giving waters of Nagzhira Lake to the vibrant skies during our festivals, these scenes tell the complete story of our wild India.

This is the view of Nagzhira Lake from the forest rest house. This lake is the lifeline of the park, and in summer, you can see almost all the animals coming here to drink or cool off. I have many memorable sightings from this beautiful and peaceful park.

This colourful sky was captured during the festival of Chhath Puja, where we worship the Sun God, Lord Surya. This festival is all about thanking nature for supporting life on earth. This image is my tribute to the beauty of nature that we worship.

This is the mating of the Shikra, a common hunter in our urban skies. The female is larger than the male, and you can see the difference in their eye colour. Capturing the mating of these fast and agile predators is a rare opportunity.

Many people have heard that Koel chicks are raised by crows, but few have seen it. Every year in Delhi, I witness this behaviour. Here, a young Asian Koel chick is being fed by its foster crow parents, a true wonder of nature.

About Landscapes & Promotional Videos

When I photograph a landscape, I am looking for the lifeline of the jungle. Take the Nagzhira Lake images in this collection; it is not just scenery to me. It is the place where animals gather, cool off, and survive the harsh summer. My approach is to document these habitats with the same patience I use for wildlife, because without the land, there is no story.

I spent many years serving the public, but the wild has always been my true home. When you look at these images, you will notice they are not just wide shots of trees and water. I try to connect the landscape to the life it supports. The Nagzhira Lake photographs, for instance, capture that serene, reflective moment when the forest comes to drink. You will see how the seasons change the water, and how the light transforms the canopy. I believe a photograph should be a window, not just a picture.

This collection also holds a special place for how nature interacts with our culture. Whether it is a sunset captured during Chhath Puja to honour the Sun God or a forest scene that reminds me of our ancient heritage, these are meant to evoke a feeling. Nature is our first temple, and I try to capture that reverence.

For your home or office, I offer these as museum-grade archival prints. I use 250+ GSM cotton rag paper, ensuring that the colours you see today will last for decades without fading. If you are looking for digital rights for a book, a calendar, or a conservation campaign, I provide high-resolution files with all the necessary metadata. Let us talk about bringing a piece of the wild into your space.
