Getting that radiant, glow-from-within look for your engagement or reception isn't about using heavy layers of product. It is all about the 20-minute skin prep I do before we even touch a brush. We use specific hydration sprays and pore-filling primers from brands like Benefit and Smashbox, so your base feels lightweight, breathable, and actually stays put through all the dancing and flash photography.

Your engagement and reception are the events where you really get to have fun with your look. I love working with you to figure out what suits your personality best—whether that is a soft, shimmery eye look with a nude lip for your roka, or a sharp, dramatic cut-crease and bold lip for your reception night.
How I Achieve That 'No-Makeup' Look
Many people think you need heavy foundation to look 'glam' in photos. I disagree. For evening functions, I prefer using high-definition (HD) liquid or cream foundations from Charlotte Tilbury, Nars, or Huda Beauty. These products provide coverage that hides pigmentation and burns without looking cakey.
If you are worried about sweat or long hours on the dance floor, my premium airbrush technique using Temptu or MAC silicone-based foundations is the way to go. It sits on top of the skin for a smooth, porcelain finish that can last 16+ hours.
Pro-Tips for Your Event:
- No Waxing: Please avoid last-minute waxing on your face. It causes redness that is hard to cover. Use a facial razor for a smooth finish instead.
- Hair & Dupatta: If you are planning a heavy reception outfit, let’s discuss your hairstyle early. I work with senior hairstylists to ensure your hair holds volume and texture, even if you are carrying a heavy dupatta.
- The Look: We will always chat about your outfit, jewelry, and overall vibe before we start. Yeh sab milke decide karte hain so you feel confident and comfortable.
