About Daily Training & Technique

Every session is tracked on SIUS electronic targets, providing the same decimal-level feedback you would encounter in a real competition. We start with the basics—stance, grip, and breathing—before moving to match-simulation drills that build the mental toughness needed to perform under pressure.
