Our Favorite Event Setups and Decor in Bengaluru
A glimpse into my favorite event setups across the city. From traditional home ceremonies to grand birthday bashes, I design spaces that let you celebrate without the stress.
This breathtaking photo booth is one of my favorite creations, designed for a grand outdoor event. I used two magnificent peacocks crafted entirely from white flowers, with their cascading tails made of rich purple orchids. The mirrored backdrop reflects the beautiful surroundings, creating a truly magical spot for photos.
There is nothing more special than a child's birthday. This video captures the joy of a first birthday party I planned, from the little one's adorable outfit to the themed decorations and the happy family moments around the cake. I handle every detail so you can cherish these memories.
For a truly authentic housewarming, I design and build traditional *chappra* entrances. This grand entrance is woven entirely from fresh coconut leaves and decorated with beautiful garlands of marigold flowers, creating a spectacular and auspicious welcome for your guests.
I love creating reception stages that feel both elegant and warm. Here, a classic white and gold chaise lounge is framed by colorful floral pillars and delicate hanging lanterns, creating a romantic and picture perfect setting for the happy couple.
For intimate home ceremonies like a pre wedding pooja, I focus on creating a serene and beautiful spiritual space. This setup features traditional tiered brass lamps (deepastambha), delicate strings of pearls and pink flowers, and a sacred backdrop for the deity.
Why have a simple backdrop when you can have a fun, interactive photo booth? This vintage cycle rickshaw, fully decorated with marigold and jasmine garlands, was a huge hit at a mehendi ceremony, adding a touch of quirky charm and creating lots of smiles.
A cake table should be a centerpiece of any celebration. For this party, I created a vibrant and joyful backdrop using a dense arrangement of colorful paper fans and paper flowers in shades of pink, white, and yellow, making the cake presentation extra special.

When I plan a setup, I don't just focus on the look, I focus on the flow. Why I Focus on the Details
When I work on a Gruha Pravesh (housewarming) or a wedding reception, I know that the entrance is the first thing your guests see. I use traditional coconut leaf chappra entrances because they bring an authentic, festive energy that plastic decor simply cannot replicate.
For birthday parties, the challenge is different. Kids want colors and themes, and parents want safety and organization. My balloon arches and themed backdrops are designed to be sturdy enough for high-energy play while creating the perfect photo spot for those milestone memories.
