Creative Entrances & Photo Booths
I design the entrance and photo spaces at your event to be the first thing that makes your guests smile. Whether you want a grand welcome or a fun corner for selfies, we create a space that sets the tone for your whole celebration.
This luxurious photo booth was designed to be a showstopper. It features two large peacocks made from flowers set against a mirrored wall, creating an opulent and unforgettable photo opportunity for guests at a wedding reception.
I love bringing unique photo booth ideas to life. This decorated cycle rickshaw, covered in marigold and jasmine flowers, served as a fun and quirky photo spot for a mehendi party, adding a memorable element to the celebration.
This photo booth design is perfect for an elegant evening event. A simple wooden arch is adorned with lush white roses and greenery, with a curtain of twinkling fairy lights in the center that creates a romantic and dreamy atmosphere.
A beautiful floral arch is a classic way to welcome guests. This arch, made with an abundance of white flowers and cheerful sunflowers, creates a fresh and inviting entrance for a daytime event, baby shower, or intimate reception.
This video gives you a glimpse of how I create an entire experience, starting from the entrance. It shows an aerial view of a large event space and a beautifully lit walkway that leads guests to the main celebration area, building excitement from the moment they arrive.
About this collection
When I design an entrance or photo booth, I think about the natural flow of your venue. Whether you have a tight apartment entrance or a large wedding lawn, I ensure the setup does not block the path but instead guides your guests right into the heart of the celebration.
The entrance is the first thing your guests see, and it sets the vibe for the entire day. For traditional events like Gruha Pravesh or weddings, I work with authentic elements like woven coconut leaf chappra, fresh marigold torans, and banana stems to create a warm, welcoming, and spiritual atmosphere.
For more modern celebrations like mehendi parties or birthday bashes, I like to inject a bit of personality. You might see me using fun props like decorated rickshaws, fairy light curtains, or thematic cutouts that invite people to stop, pose, and share a picture.
I handle the full logistics for these setups, from the measurement of your site to the final removal of the structures. You do not need to worry about the heavy lifting or coordinating with a separate lighting team because I integrate the focus lights and floral accents directly into the design. If you have a specific theme or a Pinterest mood board you are excited about, share it with me. I will figure out how to adapt it to your space and budget so you can focus on being a guest at your own event.
Vaatika Events
I'm Sowmya. I started Vaatika Events because I hate seeing hosts run around during their own parties. Whether you want a traditional marigold-laden entryway or a fun, interactive photo corner, I handle the setup so you can just enjoy the day with your family.
