We believe the best way to see Kanva is from the water. Our kayaking and boating setup gives you the freedom to explore the reservoir away from the noise of the city. You don't need to be a swimmer or a pro athlete to join us. We keep things safe and simple.
What to Expect
- Gear: We provide sit-on-top kayaks that are stable and easy to handle. Every person gets a life jacket, and we make sure you're strapped in before you push off from the bank.
- The Vibe: It's your time. Head out early to catch the morning calm, or paddle during golden hour for the best views. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples looking for a quiet moment, or groups wanting a bit of friendly racing.
- Safety First: Even though we're all about having a good time, we don't mess around with safety. Our guides keep a constant watch from the shore and on the water to make sure everyone stays in the designated safe zones.
Why Kanva?
It is just the right distance from Bangalore for a quick weekend reset. You get to swap high-rises for palm trees and engine noise for the sound of your paddle hitting the water. If you're coming for the day, you get full access to the water, but many of our guests prefer to stay overnight to catch the sunrise on the lake. Pack a change of clothes, bring a towel, and leave the rest of your worries at the entrance. Kuch ghumne nikal jaaya karo!
