About On-Court Drills & Training
Stop worrying about the perfect shot and start building the right habits. We start every session with specific drills to fix your footwork and movement because that is the real foundation of a good game. As I always say on court, momentum fast rakho, because that is what gets you to the kitchen line before your opponent.
Whether you are picking up a paddle for the first time or trying to fix a bad backhand habit, our on-court training at Emma Sports Academy in Powai is designed to get you playing faster. We do not do boring theory. We do drills.
We focus on high-repetition wall work and partner drills to build muscle memory. You will learn court coverage, how to handle the kitchen line, and when to drop a shot versus when to drive it. By the time we move to live rallies, you are not thinking about your feet anymore, your body just knows where to go.
Our group batches are small, usually 4 to 6 people, so you get enough rotation time and personal correction from our coaches. If you need something specific, our private 1-on-1 sessions at the same venue are perfect for video analysis of your strokes and quick technical fixes.
