A tour of Mr. Keshav's stunning modern home, where technology is woven into the fabric of the design. From the automated gate at the entrance to the smart curtains and media controls in the living room, every element is part of a cohesive, intelligent system.
In collaboration with interior designer Mrs. Anurita, I integrated smart locks, curtains, and lighting into this beautifully designed home. This project shows my commitment to enhancing, not disrupting, the aesthetic vision of a space.
This project was a unique challenge: blending ancestral heritage with modern technology. I worked with INARK Statura to equip this home, featuring a traditional carved door, with geofenced smart gates, tunable lighting, and a state-of-the-art home theater.
This smart villa features a geofenced automated gate that opens as the owner approaches, providing a swift and secure entry. Inside, the home's environment evolves with the owner's mood through AI-powered ambient lighting.
I had the honor of automating the residence of Sri Suresh Babu, Chairman of Art of Living. The project included smart security, tunable app-based lighting, and a home theater, all designed to create a perfect synergy between nature, spirituality, and technology.

About High-End Residential Projects
When working on luxury projects like the Karle Zenith penthouse, our focus is not just installing tech, but hiding it. We integrate controls directly into marble and wood finishes, ensuring the aesthetics of your interior design remain untouched while adding powerful capabilities.
For luxury residential projects, the biggest challenge is rarely the technology itself, but maintaining the integrity of the design. A traditional switchboard or a bulky camera can disrupt a carefully planned interior. Our approach is to blend our systems into the environment.
We utilize retrofit modules that sit behind existing switches, meaning you do not need to rewire your walls or change your decor. In high-end villas and penthouses, we focus on three core areas:
- Invisible Security: We implement geofenced gates that open as you arrive, along with biometric locks that replace physical keys. These systems are managed through our app or voice commands, removing the need for visible clutter.
- Adaptive Environment: Your home should respond to your mood. We install lighting systems that adjust color temperature based on the time of day, and smart curtains that operate according to your routine or weather patterns.
- Seamless Media: From multi-room audio to home cinema setups, we hide all cabling and hardware, leaving only the controls and the screen visible.
We have completed installations in premium spaces including the Karle Zenith residence in Bangalore and projects with local architects. Our goal is to provide a system that feels natural to use, whether you are triggering a movie mode or checking security footage from a different city.
