Tum mujhe office do, main tumhe future dunga (You give me your office, I’ll give you the future). At Totem, I want workplaces and factories to do more, waste less, and feel good to be in. We’re a ‘Make in India’ company, but honestly, I care most about making spaces smarter and more human.

Worked with names like Awfis, Capgemini, and American Express, so I’ve seen the chaos. My approach:

• Automated meeting room management - lights, AC, TV, all switch on only when needed. No more wasting bijli (electricity) on empty rooms.
• Digital displays show room availability right outside, so there’s no confusion or fights for space.
• AI tweaks lights, temperature, and even music. Vibe set for focus or chill, whatever your team needs.

How I Upgrade Factories

IIoT shop floor solutions aren’t just buzzwords for me. For example, at Emmvee Solar’s huge plant:
