About Meet Our Awesome Instructors
When you step into our Jayanagar gym, you won't find drill instructors barking orders. You will find mentors. Our team is trained specifically to spot kids safely on the equipment, whether it's a first balance beam walk or a complex tumbling routine. At The Little Gym, we know that movement is just the medium—the real work happens in the connection between coach and child. Every instructor on our floor undergoes rigorous training to ensure they understand the physical and emotional milestones of every age group, from our 10-month-old toddlers to our 12-year-old gymnasts.
Our Approach
Our instructors follow our 3-Dimensional Learning approach: 'Get Moving,' 'Brain Boost,' and 'Citizen Kid.' They aren't just there to prevent falls; they are there to teach listening, focus, and leadership through teamwork. During a session, you will see them guiding parents during toddler classes and stepping back to let older kids find their independence, all while keeping the energy high and the environment safe.
Safety First
We maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio, specifically keeping it around 1:7 for grade school classes. This ensures every child gets individual attention, feedback, and the necessary spotting support for moves like handstands and cartwheels. Whether it is an International Handstand Day celebration or a regular weekly session, our team is committed to the same goal: raising confident, 'WhateverReady' kids who aren't afraid to try, fail, and try again.
