For our preschool "Awesome Athletes," being strong is all about trying, moving, and having fun. An instructor helps a happy child with a supported forward roll, showing our hands-on approach.

Our preschool sessions are designed to build confidence through play, not pressure. Each 3-hour camp segment balances 90 minutes of instructor-led gymnastics with 45 minutes of creative, theme-based crafts, ensuring your child stays engaged both physically and mentally while having a blast.

We believe movement builds more than just muscles. In our Super Quests program, your child isn't just practicing cartwheels; they are learning to listen, follow instructions, and trust their own abilities. We use a 3-Dimensional Learning approach:
- Get Moving: Safe, gymnastics-based play to develop gross motor skills.
- Brain Boost: Exercises that mix movement with cognitive challenges, like learning numbers through dance.

What a Session Looks Like
We want your child to associate physical activity with happiness. That is why we ditch the drills for themed adventures. One day your child might be a space explorer on a mission to save the galaxy, and the next, a dinosaur researcher in the jungle.
The Daily Rhythm:
- 90 Minutes of Gymnastics: We use soft-landing mats, vaulting wedges, and low beams. Our coaches are always hands-on, ensuring safety while cheering for every attempt.
- 45 Minutes of Creative Play: We follow up the gym time with crafts or stories related to our weekly theme, which helps them wind down and practice fine motor skills.
Practical Details
- Environment: The gym is a socks-only zone with sanitized carpeted flooring, specifically designed for little ones.
- Supportive Staff: Our instructor-to-student ratio is kept around 1:6, so every child gets the attention they need.
