About The Team Behind The Magic
When you see a seamless mandap shift during a sudden downpour, that is our team in action. We are not just standing around with clipboards. We are the ones moving props, managing vendors, and fixing outfits while you enjoy the moment. On an average day, you will find 6 to 8 of us on the ground, making sure the only thing you feel is the joy of the occasion.
It takes a village, or at least a very caffeinated team, to pull off a blockbuster wedding. We do not do cookie-cutter because your story deserves more than a standard template. Our workflow is built on the belief that the backup plan should be just as beautiful as the original.
The Crew
For our destination projects, you get a dedicated squad. This is 6 to 8 members on-ground, including your personal assistants who handle everything from dress malfunctions to keeping you hydrated. We are the ones coordinating with DJs, managing technical riders, and making sure the catering team is ready before your first guest walks in.
The Chaos
We have handled venues where the power tripped, setups that had to be moved indoors at the last second, and complicated logistics for 150+ guests. We do not panic. We pivot. Our job is to be the buffer between you and the inevitable hiccups of a large-scale event.
The Vibe
We take the work seriously, but we try not to take ourselves too seriously. Life hai, bhidu—chalte rehneka. When you hire us, you are not just getting a planner.
