Metro City Full-Service Planning
Core Planning & Conceptualization
- Dedicated Team: 1 Lead Planner + 2 Associate Planners assigned 3-4 months prior to the event.
- Budget Management: Creation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tracking funds to prioritize high-impact areas like decor.
- Design & Moodboards: Thematic mood boards for up to 3 events (Sangeet, Wedding, Reception). Note: Excludes complex 3D rendering.
- Vendor Sourcing: Recommendation, booking, and negotiation with curated vendors (Photographers, MUAs, etc.).
On-Day Coordination
- Manpower: Team of 4-6 shadows present on main event days (up to 2 days).
- Run-of-Show: Execution of a minute-by-minute itinerary for the couple and family.
- Couple Concierge: Dedicated shadows for the Bride and Groom to handle food, touch-ups, and entry cues.
- Supervision: On-site checks of setup (decor, sound, light) to match the mood board.
Technical Support
- Contingencies: Basic planning for weather disruptions (e.g., rain backup plans).
- Licensing: Assistance with PPL, IPRS, and other statutory requirements for city venues.
