Domestic Resort & Beach Wedding Package
Planning & Manpower
- Dedicated Lead Planner and Senior Manager assigned 4-6 months prior to the event.
- On-site "Red Squad" of 10-12 members for 3 days to manage shadows and logistics.
- Unlimited virtual consultations for itinerary planning.
Logistics & Hospitality
- Systematic RSVP collation via phone/email for up to 300 guests.
- Coordination of airport transfers, hotel check-ins, and lobby help desk setup.
- Vendor scouting and negotiation for decor, photography, makeup, and DJ.
- F&B management including menu curation and food tastings.
Creative & On-Ground Execution
- Theme conceptualization and mood board creation for all events.
- Dedicated personal shadows (runners) for the Bride and Groom on event days.
- Execution of "Plan B" contingencies for weather disruptions.
Exclusions
- Venue, decor, catering, travel, and stay costs paid directly to vendors.
- Travel and accommodation for the planning team is extra.

Production & Technicals
- Detailed "Run of Show" management for Sangeet with professional technical crews.

Exclusions
- Production costs, venue rentals, artist fees, and F&B are direct-to-vendor.
