Grand Mandaps and Wedding Ceremony Designs
Where 'Plan B' often looks better than the original. From beachside bliss to royal heritage, we design ceremony spaces that survive the chaos and steal the show.
An all-white mandap against the Goa sea is pure magic. For this ceremony at the Grand Hyatt, we used a mirrored aisle, floating floral structures, and elegant chandeliers to create a space that felt like walking on clouds.
For a royal mandap, you don't always need to go over the top. This design used rich red drapes, intricate gold accents, and a ceiling of fresh tuberoses to create a feeling of simple, regal elegance.
We transformed a family home in Ooty into this dreamy wedding destination. The wooden mandap was adorned with soft pink and white florals, creating an intimate and personal ceremony space right in their backyard.
This is how you turn a plan B into the main event. For this monsoon wedding, we built a clear-top tent with a stunning floral mandap, ensuring the ceremony was magical, rain or shine.
A glimpse of the regal affair we planned in Jaipur. The venue was lit to highlight its architectural beauty, with a grand floral mandap and a candle-lit aisle creating a truly royal path for the couple.
A floating mandap of baby's breath against the Goa sunset. This setup was all about minimalist beauty, letting the ocean backdrop and the couple's love story take center stage.
Watch us transform an empty space at Alila Diwa Goa into a beautiful, timeless mandap. Set against a magnificent banyan tree, the all-white floral setup created a serene and sacred atmosphere for the ceremony.
The moment they became husband and wife. This intimate home wedding in Ooty was filled with personal touches, like the hanging floral strings and custom chairs, making the ceremony deeply emotional.
A quick look at some of our favorite Varmala moments. Each one is unique, from grand stages with pyrotechnics to intimate exchanges filled with emotion.
The joy of a Varmala ceremony, perfectly framed. Even though this wedding had to be moved indoors, the happiness of the couple under the floral canopy was radiant.
About Grand Mandaps & Ceremonies
When you see a stunning mandap in our gallery, you are not just looking at a photo. You are seeing a structure we engineered to survive a tropical thunderstorm in Goa or a last-minute shift to an indoor ballroom. We do not just dream up aesthetics, we build for reality, ensuring your ceremony goes on without a hitch, rain or shine.
Destination weddings are unpredictable. We have seen everything from sudden monsoons in Bangalore to venue changes at the eleventh hour. Our approach to mandaps and ceremony spaces is grounded in 'chaos control.' When we propose a design, it is backed by our 'Red Squad'—a team of 10 to 20 members who manage the ground logistics, structural integrity, and the 'run of show.'
Whether you want a floating mandap against the Goa sunset, a royal setup in a Jaipur palace, or an intimate backyard conversion in Ooty, we focus on the interplay between the environment and the decor. We do not use cookie-cutter templates. If the weather turns, we deploy clear-top tents or shift to indoor alternatives that maintain the visual impact of your original vision. We handle the technicalities—LED wall placements, generator backups, and complex flow management—so you can focus on the varmala exchange and not on the moving parts behind the scenes.
