Crew Configuration

• Team Strength: 6 Members total for 2 days (approx 6-8 hours/day).
• 2 Senior Candid Photographers: Using Nikon Z8/Z9 Mirrorless cameras for artistic shots.
• 1 Traditional Photographer: Dedicated to stage shots and group documentation.
• 2 Cinematographers: Equipped with gimbals and professional audio gear.
• 1 Drone Operator: For venue establishment and Baraat entry shots.

• Photos: 500-700 Processed images with signature color grading and skin retouching.
• Video:

• Specialist Crew: 1 Dedicated Drone Pilot and 1 On-site Social Media Editor.

Instant & Social Content

• Reels: 3-5 Instagram Reels delivered within 24 hours of the event.
• Same Day Edit: 3-minute cinematic highlight video edited on-site for Reception projection.

Final Deliverables

• Photos: 1000+ High-Resolution edited images.

Exclusions

• Makeup Artist, Costumes, and Travel to locations outside city limits.
