Our team structure scales based on the size and complexity of your shaadi:

• Essential Logistics: For intimate destination weddings, we deploy a core group of 3-4 members who handle the event director roles, logistics, and main stage cues.
• Signature Experience: For larger gatherings, we bring in 6-8 professionals, including dedicated shadows for the bride and groom to ensure they have assistance throughout their events.
• Luxury Management: For high-scale celebrations, we scale to 10-15 members, with designated department heads for production, food, and VIP hospitality.

We do not believe in cookie-cutter approaches. We are present on-site in places ranging from heritage lanes in Patan to luxury resorts in Lonavala.
