Ever wonder how a concept becomes a real piece of furniture? This is the raw, sawdust-filled truth of how we build everything in our own factory, right here in Delhi.

About From Our Workshop
When you walk into our workshop, you won't find rows of pre-made inventory. Instead, you'll see your specific bed or wardrobe in progress. We don't use stock photos because we build every piece from raw 18mm plywood and solid wood after you order it, which means you can tweak the internal storage layout or headboard height right up until the assembly phase.
Why Factory-Direct Matters
When you buy from a traditional showroom, you're paying for the retail space, the middlemen, and the brand marketing. At our Delhi workshop, you're paying for materials and labor. We handle the entire process from the first cut of the plywood to the final PU polish application.
Our Workshop Standards
We don't cut corners because we're the ones building it.
- Structural Integrity: We use 18mm BWP/MR grade plywood or HDHMR board for all carcass work. We never use cheap particle board for load-bearing structures.
- Hardware Reliability: We use Hettich or Hafele soft-close hinges and drawer channels. For hydraulic beds, we only use heavy-duty gas pumps capable of handling 100kg-150kg loads.
- Finishing: Whether it's a matte laminate or a high-gloss PU paint, every surface is sanded and finished in-house. This gives us total control over the consistency and quality of the final look.
From Idea to Reality
Many clients bring us photos from Pinterest or architectural magazines. We don't just copy the image; we reverse-engineer it to ensure it fits your room's dimensions and daily requirements. If you see something you like in our gallery, we can adjust the size, change the fabric finish, or modify the storage configuration to suit your specific lifestyle. You get a piece that looks like the designer version but is built to last in an actual home environment.
