About From Site to Home: The Journey
We don't believe in just handing over keys and leaving. We work with our own factory-manufactured woodwork, which means we personally inspect every wardrobe, TV unit, and pooja panel before it reaches your site. When you see our team on-site, they aren't just contractors—they are the same people who built your furniture, ensuring the finish at home matches the promise we made in our studio.
Our Project Lifecycle
Transparency is the core of our work. Whether we are building a 2 BHK or a 3 BHK, we follow a strict process to ensure your 'Kanasina Mane' (dream home) stays within your budget.
1. Site Visit & Planning Before we start, we visit your site to understand the space. We check dimensions, lighting, and electrical points, discussing the design with you, not just for you. No copy-paste templates here; every plan is adapted to your specific flat.
2. Factory Fabrication This is where the magic happens. By using our own in-house factory, we control the quality of the plywood and the precision of the cuts. We use BWP-grade materials with a 25-year warranty, and every edge-banding is machine-pressed. We don't rely on random carpenters; we rely on our factory standards.
3. Installation & Progress We believe you deserve to see the progress. You’ll find our team on-site regularly, ensuring the installation—whether it's the modular kitchen tandem boxes or the false ceiling—is done correctly. We keep the site clean and ensure that the transition from 'work in progress' to 'finished home' happens smoothly.
4. The Final Handover For us, the project isn't complete until you are happy. We walk you through every corner of your home, testing the soft-close drawers, the hinges, and the lighting. We want you to feel the quality of the materials before you settle in.
