Transforming short or damaged nails is my favourite part of the job because I know it completely changes how a person feels about their hands. It is not just about the final look, it is about the prep work that ensures your extensions actually last. Whether you are dealing with nail biting or just need a fresh, durable set, I focus on a precise 'one hair line gap' technique during application to prevent lifting and protect your natural nails.
Many clients come to me feeling like they can never have long, beautiful nails. Whether you are struggling with a nail-biting habit or you have naturally brittle nails, my goal is to give you a clean, long-lasting transformation that feels like your own.
The Science Behind the Transformation
My process at the DLF Ankur Vihar studio starts with a dry manicure using an E-file. This is essential for cleaning the cuticles and removing dead skin, which is the secret to making products stick properly.
- Structural Integrity: If you want extensions, I build an 'Apex' on the nail. This is the structural arch that prevents breakage and ensures your nails can handle daily work.
- Hygiene First: I strictly follow the 'hairline gap' rule. By leaving a tiny space between the product and your cuticle, I prevent the dreaded lifting that makes nails look worn out after just a few days.
- Custom Shapes: Whether you prefer coffin, almond, or classic square, we file and shape them until they suit your finger length and lifestyle perfectly.
