About The Art of Transformation
The secret to our large scale venue transformations is not just the decor but the structural planning that happens weeks before the event. We build tiered seating, false ceilings, and custom structural frameworks, which allows us to completely mask the original ballroom or hall architecture and replace it with a unique atmosphere, be it a lush indoor garden or a traditional courtyard.
Beyond The Surface
Many convention halls and hotel ballrooms come with rigid layouts and neutral aesthetics. When we talk about transformation, we are not just talking about floral arrangements. We are talking about changing the volume of the space.
We work with a dedicated team of karigars to fabricate custom installations from the ground up. Whether it is erecting 16-foot pillars to mimic a palace courtyard or suspending hundreds of heavy chandeliers from a ceiling we have engineered ourselves, our goal is to help you forget where you are standing.
The Process
- Structural Analysis: We scout your venue to understand what we can build over. We map out where we can add weight, hide power cables, and create multiple levels to break up a flat floor plan.
- The Moodboard: We draw from your personal history. If you grew up in a house with a specific courtyard or garden, we find materials that evoke that specific memory, rather than just copying a design from Pinterest.
- The Build: This is where the unseen magic happens. Our on-site execution team spends days transforming the space. We bring in our own furniture, flooring, and lighting rigs to ensure the final result feels like a world built just for you, not a rented event space.
