About Parent & Toddler Programs (4 months - 3 years)

In these sessions, you aren't just watching from the sidelines—you're on the mat, guiding your child through balance beams, gentle stretches, and sensory play. Because we keep our student-teacher ratio small, typically 1:6 to 1:8, every child gets the focused attention they need to safely explore their physical limits, helping them build coordination and social confidence at their own pace.
