Parent & Toddler Programs (4 months - 3 years)
In these classes, you participate directly with your child, guiding them through their first tumbles, balances, and social interactions. We focus on building crucial early motor skills, sensory awareness, and social confidence in a playful, secure environment with activities like assisted balance beam walks, group songs, and gentle stretching.
Preschool Champions (3 - 6 years)
Our preschool programs are designed for growing independence. Children in this age group learn foundational gymnastics skills, follow directions, and practice sharing and teamwork, all through imaginative play and themed activities like hula hoop games and group stretching.
Grade School Stars (6 - 12 years)
For our grade-schoolers, we focus on teaching more complex gymnastics skills like handstands, cartwheels, and flips in a structured, non-competitive setting. These classes emphasize teamwork, celebrating personal achievements, and developing the physical and mental strength to tackle new challenges.
Building Core Skills: Strength, Balance & Coordination
This is where we break down the fundamentals. We show how specific activities, from hanging on bars to walking on beams and practicing locomotor skills, are designed to systematically build your child's physical abilities. These are the building blocks for all sports and a lifetime of healthy movement.
