Why go outdoors?

Studio setups are great for controlled portraits, but outdoor sessions are where I capture the energy of your family. Whether we are in a quiet corner of a park in JP Nagar or visiting a location in Mysore, the goal is to get everyone moving. When kids are busy running, picking flowers, or playing on the grass, they forget the camera is there. That is when I get the shots of genuine, unposed smiles.

How I plan your session

• Light and Timing: I prefer shooting during the golden hour, early in the morning or just before sunset, to get that soft, flattering light that makes portraits look painterly without needing heavy editing.
• Flexibility: Since we are outside, we have space to breathe. We can include a picnic, bring your child's favorite toys, or even plan a small activity like blowing bubbles or reading a book under a tree. This keeps the little ones engaged and happy.
• Outfits and Comfort: I recommend clothes that are comfortable for movement. If you want to run, climb, or sit on the grass, your outfit should allow for that. I provide styling advice before we meet to ensure your family looks coordinated but still natural.

What to expect

If you book a Signature Family Experience, we have 2 to 3 hours to take our time. We do not rush. We start slow, let the kids warm up, and then move into capturing those beautiful interactions—the hand-holding, the piggyback rides, and the quiet gazes. It is about creating a visual diary of how your life feels right now, not just how it looks.
