Why I Do This
For me, it’s never just about asking kids to smile at the camera. I love catching those tiny moments that say everything - the way a child hugs their mum tight, or that burst of laughter when someone tells a silly joke. Childhood flies by, but those feelings? They deserve to stick around.
What We’ll Capture
- Baby milestone photoshoot: Think chubby cheeks, first birthdays, wobbly steps - all the little things you want to remember.
- Candid family moments: Natural shots when you’re not posing, just being yourselves. Siblings goofing around, grandparents joining the fun, or a quiet mum-daughter chat.
- Celebrating milestones: Big birthdays, anniversaries, or just because you all managed to get together for once - I’m here for it.
- If you want to go all out with themes or props (little Krishna, moggina jade, Christmas, cowgirl, whatever you imagine), I’ll help make it happen.
How It Feels
We can shoot at my JP Nagar studio or outdoors in Bangalore or Mysore for a more chill vibe. Studio has all the props, but honestly, sometimes the best light is outside in a park. I’ll help you pick outfits, bring snacks for the kids, and keep it easy - no stiff posing, just lots of play and real laughter.

Hey, I’m Pooja from The Happy Journal Photography. My camera’s like my diary, I catch little stories - chubby-cheeked kiddos, sister hugs, those soft moments of motherhood. JP Nagar is home, and our Bangalore-Mysore traditions? Love them! Especially moggina jade shoots - it’s not just a hairstyle, it’s our heritage. Seeing a tiny one grinning, flowers in her hair, wrapped in culture... that’s the real magic I want to capture.
