- Tiling: Waterproofing followed by installation of vitrified anti-skid floor tiles and designer backsplash (high-contrast or pastel fluted tiles).
- Utilities: Plumbing and electrical point relocation for appliances like fridges and washing machines.
Modular Cabinetry
- Carcass Material: 100% Boiling Water Proof (BWP) Marine Ply for base units and MR Ply for wall units.
- Shutter Finishes: Options of Matte PU Paint, High-Gloss Acrylic, or textured Laminates. Includes fluted glass inserts for overhead units.
- Countertop: Supply and installation of durable Quartz or Kalinga Stone with edge molding.
