About Nurseries & Kids' Rooms
In the projects you see here, we prioritized longevity by using a soothing, gender-neutral palette of mint greens and soft pinks. Rather than painting walls with themes that a child will outgrow, we used playful wallpaper and versatile, custom-built storage units that house toys and books today and will hold school supplies tomorrow.
When we start a kids’ room project in Mumbai, the biggest challenge is balance. Parents want something adorable, but they also need it to be practical for the next five years. We avoid the urge to go overly thematic. Instead, we lean into light, calming palettes—like the mint green and blush tones featured in this gallery—that create a serene environment for sleep while remaining a fun backdrop for play.
Space is almost always tight. Our approach involves custom furniture that works hard. You will see deep, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes that hide mountains of toys, and specialized daybeds that double as cozy reading nooks. We also focus on safety and accessibility.
