We designed this grand entryway to build anticipation. Guests walk through a tunnel of rich red velvet, guided by a series of cascading crystal chandeliers, leading them to the main event space.

About this collection
When opting for an all-over velvet theme, the most critical factor is your venue's ceiling height. We install heavy-duty steel trussing to suspend the chandeliers and support the velvet drapes safely, which can consume up to three feet of vertical space. For venues with standard hotel ceilings, we recommend using velvet draping on key accent walls rather than the entire perimeter. This ensures the room retains an expansive, comfortable feel while still delivering that deep, dramatic aesthetic you are looking for.
The success of a red velvet theme lies in the delicate balance between texture and light. Because velvet is a heavy, light-absorbing fabric, we counter it with precise warm-white LED par-can lighting and crystal accents to prevent the room from feeling dark or claustrophobic.
The Engineering Behind the Look
Creating this look is more construction than decoration. Our team installs a custom-built box truss structure to hold the weight of 5 to 7 large-tiered chandeliers. We then drape the velvet around this structure, creating a seamless, scalloped ceiling that lowers the visual height and increases the sense of intimacy.
Practical Planning for Your Reception
For our Premium Cocktail & Engagement packages, which range from ₹250,000 to ₹350,000, we account for 100 to 150 running feet of velvet. If you are planning an engagement or reception in Delhi NCR, we suggest booking a site visit with us at least two months in advance. This allows us to inspect the mounting points on your ceiling and ensure we can safely execute the chandelier installation.
