Standard Ring Arch & Neon Decor

- Signage: One standard rental LED Neon sign (e.g., "Happy Birthday" or "Oh Baby").
Balloon Arrangement
- Style: Organic demi-arch covering 50-60% of the ring circumference.
- Volume: Approx. 150 to 200 balloons.
- Material: Mix of Pastel Latex and Chrome/Metallic accents.
Props & Lighting
- Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestal stands (Plinths) for cake.
- Details: Up to 4 thematic cutouts (butterflies/stars) pasted on the setup.
- Lighting: 2 LED Par cans (uplighters) for the backdrop.
Logistics
- Crew: 2 Decorators for setup (2-3 hours).
