Since I avoid fondant entirely, I use whipped cream or chocolate ganache for a smoother, cleaner finish on these heart shapes. If you are ordering a gluten-free or healthier base, please keep in mind that it will be a bit more dense and crumbly than a standard flour-based cake, so handle the box gently when you carry it home.
Whether it is a tiny bento cake for two or a larger celebration centerpiece, my heart-shaped cakes are designed to be personal. I specialize in minimalist floral art, vintage Lambeth frills, or simple, heartfelt text messages piped on top. Since everything is eggless and maida-free, I rely on premium ingredients like whole wheat, almond, and jowar flours to get the texture just right.
