My Story
One year down, still feels wild! The Body and Beyond started as a dream, now it’s a real crew. Honestly, my clients make every day worth it. Love our workouts, but also the random chats and laughs. Learned loads - even tackled the STOTT PILATES Intensive Reformer course just to keep up. Those selfies, those ‘welcome back’ moments, they mean everything. Thanks for sticking by me - can’t wait for what’s next.
