About Our Dance Laboratory: The Space to Grow
When you step onto the floor in our Palam Vihar studio, you'll notice it isn't just standard flooring—it’s professional sprung wooden flooring. I made sure we installed this specifically to absorb impact and support your joints, so you can practice those jumps, floor work, or high-energy choreography without worrying about your knees and ankles. It’s a small detail, but for a dancer, it makes all the difference in staying injury-free while you push your limits.
I call this place a 'laboratory' for a reason. Whether you are at our original Sushant Lok space or the new 1600 sq ft facility in Palam Vihar, the goal is the same: to give you a judgment-free zone where you can focus on movement rather than just performance.
Why the 'Laboratory' Approach?
Most studios focus on getting you through a routine as quickly as possible. Here, we slow down. We believe in technique, conditioning, and understanding your own body. If you’re a beginner, you’ll spend your first few weeks focusing on alignment and basic musicality. If you’re a professional, you’ll be doing the same, just with higher stakes. We don't just teach steps; we teach you how to feel the music.

- Professional Sprung Flooring: As mentioned, your safety is our priority. Our surfaces are specifically maintained for everything from ballet pointe work to high-impact hip-hop.
- Ambient Environment: From the lighting to the wall of memories showcasing our past stage shows, the studio is designed to keep you inspired. We’ve kept the space open and airy so you can move freely.
- Tech-Enabled Learning: We integrate professional video shoots into our regular classes. Why? Because seeing yourself dance is the fastest way to improve. You’ll leave many classes with an Instagram-ready reel of your progress.
Finding Your Fit
We host batches for kids, teens, and adults, ranging from high-energy Jazz and Hip-Hop to foundational Ballet and Kathak. The space is a community, not just a classroom. You’ll see students hanging back after class to practice, exchange tips, and just vibe. That’s the culture we’ve built since 2013.
