From the bottom of my heart, welcome to The Backyard Groovers. I built this place not just as a studio, but as a laboratory, a safe space for you to experiment, to fall, to win, and to find your unique groove, whether you're a total beginner or an aspiring pro.
This could be you next month. Our beginner hip hop classes are all about catching a vibe, building confidence, and learning the foundations of groove in a super fun, supportive environment. No experience needed, just a willingness to try.
Our Heels classes are a space to unleash your inner power and sensuality. We focus on building strength, mastering the technique of dancing in heels, and most importantly, creating a space where you feel confident and free from judgment.
Grace, strength, and elegance are the core of our ballet program. We believe ballet is the foundation for every great dancer, and our classes, for both beginners and intermediates, focus on building that essential technique and poise.
Seeing our youngest groovers light up the stage is one of my greatest joys. Our kids' program is about so much more than dance; it's about building confidence, discipline, and a love for movement that will last a lifetime.
Here's a look at what goes into our "Abundance" showcase. I believe in giving students the full professional experience, from multiple costumes and songs to plenty of stage rehearsal time, so they feel completely prepared and confident.

About Featured
We run this place as a laboratory, not a standard studio, which means you are encouraged to experiment and make mistakes until you find your flow. Every regular monthly package includes eight sessions, technical conditioning, and professional video shoots so you leave with tangible content for your progress.
Our approach to movement is grounded in the idea that dance is for everyone. With two fully equipped studios in Gurgaon, located in Palam Vihar and Sushant Lok, we provide a safe, high-energy environment to train in various styles including Hip Hop, Ballet, Jazz, and Heels.

- Technical Foundation: We don't skip the basics. Our weekend workshops in Ballet and Heels focus heavily on posture, lines, and strength training.
