- One standard 10x10 foot white waterproof gazebo tent.
- 3 to 4 rectangular catering tables arranged in an L or U shape with white frilled skirting.
- 2 standard armless plastic chairs for vendor staff.

- One 15 Amp power socket for heavy cooking appliances and one 5 Amp socket for billing machines.
- 2 white tube lights or LED halogens mounted inside the canopy.

Zone Curation and Layout
- Full vendor sourcing and custom mix curation for up to 20 F&B and retail stalls.
- Spatial layout planning to ensure smooth crowd flow and maximum visibility for all partner brands.
- Complete physical setup of all 20 standard gazebo stalls with tables, chairs, lighting, and printed fascia branding.
Common Area Enhancements
- Setup of 10 round tables with chairs or standing cocktail tables strategically placed in the central F&B zone.
- Management of the central power draw from the event generator to ensure heavy F&B electrical loads are supported without venue power trips.
On Ground Operations and Hygiene
- One dedicated event manager present throughout the event to act as a single point of contact, handle vendor check-ins, and resolve operational disputes.
- Placement of large commercial wet and dry dustbins across the food zone to maintain hygiene.
- Complete dismantling and site clearance of all stall infrastructure post event.
